Somali prime minister, Mohamed Hussein Roble is today expected to head to Garowe town in Somalia’s northeastern regional state, Puntland.
According to sources, the delegation led by the premier will leaving Mogadishu in the forthcoming hours.
Reports suggest that the prime minister will hold talks with the leaders of the state to iron out the differences with the federal government.
The trip of Mr. Roble is said to be part of his efforts for amend the relations between the federal government and Puntland and Jubbaland.
Reliable sources also say the prime minister will also visit Kismayo soon after he concludes his trip Puntland.
Both Jubbaland and Puntland have not yet appointed their representatives in the country’s electoral committee.
