Somali President Mohamed Abdullahi Farmajo has today arrived in the capital city of Ethiopia, Addis Ababa for Inter-Governmental Development Authority (IGAD).
The president and his delegation were welcomed at Bole International Airport by Ethiopian President Sahle-Work Zewde.
“H.E President @M_Farmaajo arrives in #AddisAbaba ahead of the 13th Ordinary Summit of IGAD Heads of State and Government. He was warmly welcomed at Bole International Airport by Ethiopian President H.E Sahle-Work Zewde. #Somalia is a proud founding member of IGAD,” Villa Somalia said a twitter post.
The 13th Ordinary Summit is expected to kick off on Friday.
Summit of the regional block leaders will be aiming at unlocking impediments delaying the formation of a transitional government in South Sudan.
