Abdikadir Arabow Ibrahim, a federal lawmaker has condemned murder of a mother and her two kids on the outskirts of Warsheikh town of Middle Shabelle region.
Unidentified gunmen have last night raided a family in Halulshe village, killing a recently delivered mother, her 40-day old baby and a three year old child.
The deranged killers also wounded a woman and another boy.
Mr. Ibrahim has urged the authorities to bring the perpetrators to before justice.
The murder of this family is said to be motivated by clan rivalry.
Clashes over pasture and water resources is a perennial problem among nomadic communities in Somalia displacing thousands and also leading to deaths.
