Kenya has deployed hundreds of its soldiers along Somalia-Kenya border barely three days after Somalia savered ties with Kenya.
Combined forces including military and paramilitary police were stationed in Mandera border with Bula-Hawa town of Somalia.
The forces have been arriving at the border since Wednesday.
Sources said the forces started positions in border point one and two, a move which could escalates tension at the border.
Mid this month, Somalia has announced that it had cut ties with Kenya on grounds that Kenya interfered the internal affairs of Somalia.
Earlier, Somalia expelled Kenyan diplomats from Mogadishu and recalled its own diplomats from Nairobi.
The current deployment of the forces came barely three months after forces from Somalia and Kenya clashed in southern Somalia.
Both government did not comment on the casualties and what motivated the clash.
