Somali Prime Minister Mohamed Hussein Roble has directed the mutinied Somali military soldiers to returned to their barracks.
In a statement issued hours after he was assigned to lead the election process, PM Roble warned the soldiers against mixing with politics.
He called on Somali politicians to avoid inflammatory statements which could plunge the country into another crisis.
The remarks of the prime minister come barely a week after Pro-opposition SNA forces entered Mogadishu, prompting deadly clashes with the government forces.

The following day, the opposition fighters took up positions in parts of the capital Mogadishu.
Heavily armed men and vehicles mounted with machine guns were stationed along Maka al-Mukaramma roads and several other opposition stronghold areas including Fagah, Miranayo, some parts of Hodan district.
Following pressure from international community, Somali president accepted to drop the term extension.
The Somali lower parliament chamber reversed this decision on Saturday in a unanimous vote, setting the country on course for previously agreed indirect elections, according to the house leadership.
