Somali national consultative forum is today expected to commence in Galmudug administrative capital, Dhusamareb.
Federal and regional leaders have gathered in gathered the town for the fourth round of electoral talks.
The Dhusamareb IV meeting is expected to conclude the long-running disputes which have seen elections postponed three times since October.
The forum will focus on the 17-sep agreed signed by federal government and leaders of regional states.
According to Somali information ministry, the forum was earlier scheduled to started Tuesday but was postponed to give the leaders resting time.
The participants of the meeting are Somali president, Somali prime minister, leaders of Galmudug, Southwest, Hirshabelle, Puntland, Jubbaland, and governor of Benadir region.
The Council of Presidential Candidates (CPC) which brings together 14 presidential candidates has welcomed the Dhusamareb talks and called for an agreement to allow elections take place.
Somalia’s parliamentary and presidential elections were earlier scheduled to take place year but differences over electoral commitees had forced the elections to be postponed.
