Al-Shabaab fighters have attacked home of Kenya Police Reservist in Kenya’s northeastern region.
The attack happened on Thursday evening in Sangailu area, Ijara Sub-County in Garissa.
The assailants reportedly torched the police reservist’s home, according to Regional Commissioner Nick Ndalana.
Ndalana confirmed that no casualties were reported from the attack.
“They managed to torch down one police reservist house but the attackers were repulsed immediately,” said Mr Ndalana.
