Kenyan war planes have reportedly bombarded civilians in a remote areas in Gedo region
The villages of Likooley, Buusaar, Garsaal, and El Adde, where most pastoralists live, were bombarded, resulting in multiple casualties.
Locals in those areas said at least six people killed and several others wounded.
According to witnesses, the bombardment also destroyed camps of cattle.
Jubbaland’s regional state and the federal government authorities has not yet commented on the bombardment.
