Suspected US strike hits al-Shabaab new recruits in Jamame

Two new suspected US airstrikes have been reported in Southern Somalia on Tuesday.

According to reports the strikes happened in Jamame, Lower Shabelle area and targeted a graduation ceremony of new recruits for Jaysh Ayman, the Al-Shabaab unit that operates in Kenya.

The  second strike targeted near Buale area but details still unclear.

US drone strikes have stepped up strikes against the armed group in Southern Somalia.
