Southwest leader appoints new state judges

The leader of Southwest state of Somalia, Abdiasis Hassan Mohamed Lafta Gareen has appointed new bench of judges in the state.

Monday appointment includes state high court judge, Bay court judge and chief justice in the administration.
The move follows a recent visit by Federal chief justice, Bashi Yusuf Ahmed and attorney general, Ahmed Ali Dahir.

The new judges are Sheikh Mayow Hussein Muse, Sheikh Omar Mohamed Abib and Yusuf Sidi Sheikh Omar for the high court.

For the court of appeal were, Omar Mohamed Nur, Abdulkadir Ali Mohamed, and Mustafa Ali Issack.

The new appointments are aimed at President Farmajo and PM Kheyre move to reform the justice sector in the country.
