Somali military court has suspended the police Commissioners of Hiiraan and Beledwayne after defiance allegations were leveled against them.
In a letter addressed to Hirshabelle Police Commissioner seen by Halbeeg News, the court said the officials have totally defied an order from the court and failed to abide by the law.
The courts stated that the officials blocked the arrest of two police officers who were to be brought before the court for crimes.
The top officials from the region and the district identified as Ali Abdi Mahad-Alle and Abdi Omar Siyad respectively.
Both officials did comment on the suspension and the allegations against them.
In addition, the court ordered the deputies to serve the office in acting with the help of Hirshabelle Police Commissioner.
