Jowhar (Halqaran.com) – Waxaa jirto cabsi la xiriirta inuu fatahaad sameeyo Wabiga Shabelle ee mara deegaano ka tirsan Gobolka Shabellaha Dhexe iyo Hiiraan ayaa maamulka Hirshabelle wuxuu soo saaray digniin la xiriirta arrintaasi.
